Fullo d.o.o.

Privacy policy

The fullo.dev site collects personal data only when you send an inquiry: through the contact form, the calculator or the AI search form. We do not use tracking cookies.

What we keep

From the form: full name, company, email, phone, current website address, indicative budget, message and, for the calculator, your answers and the indicative estimate. With the inquiry we record the page it was sent from and your consent.

Why

Only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Where

In the site’s database (Payload) on our server in Germany, in the Hetzner data center (Falkenstein). The inquiry notification is sent to our email support@fullo.dev.

How long

While the inquiry is being handled.

Protection against form abuse

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people apart from automated programs without tracking cookies. During the check Cloudflare processes technical data about the device and connection.

Analytics

We measure visits with Plausible, without cookies and without personal data: we only see aggregate numbers (pages, traffic sources) and totals for three actions: inquiry sent, calculator used and demo search, without the search text.

Your rights and deletion

You can request access to, correction or deletion of the data from your inquiry. Write to support@fullo.dev or call +381 63 1338 565.
